| One semester down.. Classes are done, only 2 finals next week. I'm coming home monday evening!!! Turn 19 this sunday!... might go to Canada. It was a good first semester.. im so looking forward to break, but im pretty sure i'll be ready to come back in a little over a month. Last night tried to do a Godfather marathon. only made it thru parts 1 and 2.. each is about 3 hours long... I havnt gotten to bed before 4 the last 2 nights, but ive been able to sleep til after12 cuz thursday and friday were "study days"... talk about feeling like a bum. i got danbean this week in fantasy football.. winner is guaranteed playoff spot.. loser will need to get lucky. snow was cool. i hope everyone has a great week.
Just got back from the temple game!!.. they knocked off #19 alabama. best game ever! Dustin Salisbury represented lancaster by dropping 20!!, including 4 or 5 3s. after dinner, got to congratulate sophmore guard mark tyndale who i saw coming into my building. Now we got a tough next few games including #4 villanova and #20 george washington. Let me know if u wanna come down to a game, i'll see what i can do. | | |
| Alright.. my only assignments left at finals. Over the next 2 weeks things should be pretty sweet..just a lot of studying and 1 major paper. If any of u watched my tar heels on espn last night u know freshmen tyler hansborough already is, and ginyard, and frasor are going to be incredible. They took illinois to the wire. plus, for next year they already have some great recruits committed.. watch out for the heels next year. even this year tho 'ol roy has them ready to go.. they'll surprise everyone and finished the season in the top 25. As for the temple owls... they are 2-1. the loss came to #17 ucla.. they were w/in 3 w/ 3 mins to go, but couldnt hang on. They absolutely handled miami on sunday. next big test comes on the 10th when Alabama comes to philly.. the place is gonna be crazy!. collins in unstoppable, and sophore mark tyndale is a player... once they get thier center back from injury, if salisbury can get any consistency, they can go deep in march. anyway, i had a good thanksgiving break. i got to see alot of people. got too watch my sisters play basketball.. they are gonna be incredible... i predict that they will go to the district championship.. and im not being dumb just cuz both my sister's play on the team. Considering how close they've been the last 2 years, and how much better they looked last week in thier scimmage, and a few other factors... it is definately not out of the question. anyway, good luck to both lwa teams this year! | | |
